How To Manage Your Anger

Before your trade time you need more aware of how you feel during the day. It is not recommended to let stress, worry, disappointment or any other negative emotion build up. Otherwise that emotion will require over you and you will engage become an emotional trader. Becoming aware can help you pause before you handle tough emotions.

Have you ever came home at a full stressfull fx trading day? Instead, sometimes food can assist you away from this, maybe it turned out frozen treats, pizza, cookies or potato chips. Do relaxed the whole night, probably viewing tv or surfing the web. You maybe even promised yourself that from now on you will never stress again. However, deep down you know that once you do emotional you lose trading control.

Spare you time for alternate Relaxing Activities say for example a long walk, taking a bike ride, taking a nice warm shower, having a nap, calling a buddy and sharing information about every day, hearing your favorite music, or watching your preferred movie will refresh the body and mind and made you ready for next trading day.

And also the last important thing was you should have ability to forgive yourself, accepting any losses, wrong decission or human error in trading, that may be okay because we have been human right? You need to go easy on yourself. It probably took you years to create unhealthy emotional habits. As a result aim for slow gradual progress as opposed to perfection. You will have times where blame yourself and accept that then forgive yourself when it’s. Concurrently, work on becoming more conscious of your emotional condition. You’ll gradually see progress and then control yourself and ready for next battle.
